Our Reception Team is here to assist, advise, and provide information throughout your stay.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any member of our hotel staff.

We are at your service 24 hours a day.

Hotel Stay Regulations

1. Check-in

  1. Before check-in, the Guest is required to present a photo ID at Reception.
  2. When staying with a child, the Guest must provide the child’s details and present a document confirming the child’s identity and, where required, the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. If the required documents are not presented, Reception may refuse to issue a room key or key card.

2. Hotel stay

  1. The hotel stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 12:00 the following day.
  2. Any request to extend the stay or check-out time must be reported to Reception by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  3. An extension of the stay is subject to room availability and the Hotel’s operational capacity.

Failure to vacate the room at the end of the stay

If the Guest has not agreed an extension with the Hotel and has not vacated the room or removed their belongings by 12:00 on the day of departure, the Hotel may:

a) charge the Guest for an additional hotel night at the current rate,

or

b) clear the room of any belongings left behind, place them in the Hotel’s luggage storage and charge:

  • a packing fee of PLN 150,
  • a storage fee of PLN 30 for each commenced hour.

3. Room cleaning

  1. To protect the environment, daily room cleaning is provided only at the Guest’s request.
  2. To request cleaning, place the “Thanks for cleaning with style” door hanger on the door by 10:00 that day.
  3. Rooms are cleaned between 10:00–15:30.
  4. If the hanger is not displayed, the Guest is deemed to have declined cleaning for that day.

Bed linen and towel replacement

Bed linen and towels are replaced:

  • on the third day of the stay,
  • at the Guest’s request,
  • when left on the floor, provided the room is being cleaned that day.

4. Staff access to rooms

Access for housekeeping and maintenance

  1. Hotel staff may enter a room to carry out housekeeping or maintenance between 10:00–15:30.
  2. If the “Do Not Disturb mode: On” sign is not displayed on the room door, the Guest is deemed to consent to staff entering the room.

Access in special circumstances

The Hotel also reserves the right to enter a room in the event of:

a) reasonable suspicion of a threat to life, health or property, including in particular fire, flooding, a technical failure or other dangerous circumstances,

b) failure to vacate or clear the room after the stay has ended where the booking cannot be extended,

c) any other emergency where lack of access to the room could cause damage or pose a threat to the Guest, other persons staying at the Hotel, or the Hotel itself.


5. Persons in the room

  1. Only persons registered at check-in may stay in the room, in accordance with the declared number of Guests.
  2. Short visits by other persons are permitted provided that:
    • they do not stay overnight in the room,
    • they do not disturb other Guests.
  3. Allowing third parties to stay overnight in the room requires the Hotel’s prior consent.
  4. Visitors must leave hotel rooms by 22:00. After this time, they must be registered with the Hotel.

6. Minors at the Hotel

  1. Minors staying on the Hotel premises must remain under the constant supervision of adults.
  2. Responsibility for the safety of minors rests with their parents, legal guardians or other adults staying with them in the room.

7. Quiet hours

To ensure the comfort of all Guests, quiet hours apply between:

22:00–06:00


8. Liability for property

Guest’s liability

  1. The Guest is financially liable for any damage to or destruction of Hotel property caused by the Guest, their visitors, or minors under their supervision.
  2. The Guest must immediately report any damage to Reception.

Hotel’s liability

  1. The Hotel is liable for property brought into the Hotel by the Guest in accordance with applicable law.
  2. The Hotel’s liability for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, and items of scientific or artistic value may be limited under Article 849 § 2 of the Polish Civil Code if such items have not been deposited in the Hotel safe or at Reception.

9. Complaints and comments

The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are asked to report any comments or concerns about service quality to Reception immediately, enabling the Hotel to respond promptly.


10. Parking

  1. The Hotel may provide parking spaces in designated areas.
  2. The Hotel does not operate a guarded car park and does not accept vehicles for safekeeping.
  3. The Hotel is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles or items left inside them.

11. No smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Hotel in accordance with applicable law and posted signage.

A fee of PLN 1,000 is charged for smoking in a room, covering the cost of specialist cleaning and deodorising the room.


12. Right to refuse accommodation

The Hotel may refuse accommodation to a Guest who, during a previous stay, seriously breached the Hotel rules or generally accepted standards of conduct, thereby endangering the safety, peace or property of the Hotel, its employees or other Guests.
